terms + conditions !!

1. Payment has to be made first for the commission to be started. Refunds cannot be given after sketch is approved.*
2. Deadline differs based on client, type of commission, and if revisions are needed. Please be patient if commissions take longer!!
3. Progress checks will only be sent upon request. Major revisions are only allowed while the commission is in-progress. **
4. All payments will be made via PayPal. (With the exception of Ko-fi, which also accepts Stripe).
5. All commissions will have a small watermark. Please do NOT remove the watermark from the artwork for ANY reason.
6. USING MY ART FOR AI TRAINING, NFT, AND MERCHANDISE*** IS PROHIBITED. You will be blacklisted if this term is broken.* Refunds will only be given if I cannot complete the commission.** *Minor revisions such as color changes, additional of small details, etc. are ALLOWED after the commission is completed.*** I do not currently offer commercial rights to art I make. Art and pricing for merchandise can be discussed, but do NOT use my art for merch without proper payment and permission.

how to order + payment

1. Occasionally, I open slots on Ko-fi; Slots are typically opened when I have sufficient free time to work on art.
2. If slots are not opened on Ko-fi, you may still commission me; Please send me an email at [email protected], OR message me on Discord at gummivrse. Please allow for up to 7 days to check messages and emails! THIS IS NOT A GUARANTEE THAT COMM REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
3. I accept PayPal and Stripe on Ko-fi. For any commissions outside of Ko-fi, I only accept PayPal. Invoice will be sent after the commission is confirmed.
